Anti Aging Vegetable Diet

I think if you stick on a vegetable diet and eat more vegetables then meat from early age in life you will remain looking younger. Sticking on a vegetable diet and eating a lot of peppers and tomatoes. The reason I say this is because some people in third world countries have these type of diets and look very young for their age.

i agree- being vegetarian is indeed the best way. I have seen that vegetarians have a longer life. I am a pure vegetarian and believe in the healing power of changing one's diet. So being vegetarian is definitely a good idea!!
