Drink to Your Health With Apple Cider Vinegar Anti Aging Tonic

Therefore apple cider vinegar, which is prepared from apples, is a healthy source of vitamins and minerals, used by the body's hormones to promote an antiseptic action that cleanses the digestive tract.

A tonic you may want to try consists of combining one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with two teaspoons of honey in a glass of spring water.
Stir vigorously and drink one hour before meals.
