My Very Own List of Anti Aging Tips
First of all we have to take more fresh green vegetables like salad,juices,or a raw and spinach. Because in each green vegetables their is a vitamins which protect our skin from showing aged.
Second we can apply turmeric powder (while taking bath for ladies)on face to protect from sprinkle, and aging.
Third we can use lime juice to remove the black spots, and sunshine darkness on body so that to look young and fresh.
Fourth, we have to take the dried nuts like baadam, pista daily in an empty stomach in morning.
Fifth, overall for cooking its better to use olive oil which reduces the contaminated cholesterol.
Lastly, Daily exercise or meditation or yoga keeps our body from anti aging.
