Healthy food and exercise are the main ways to prevent aging.

1. TIPS FOR SKIN CARE

To prevent the wrinkling of skin eat plenty of food materials which are rich in vitamin B and vitamin C.

A. SOURCES OF VITAMIN B.

• Liver
• Beef
• Tuna
• Oats
• Turkey
• Brazil nuts
• Bananas
• Potatoes
• Avocados
• Legumes

B.SOURCES OF VITAMIN C

• Lemon
• Orange

2. FOR SKIN GLOW

Massage the skin with curd or oil for half an hour per day. This process will remove the dead cells from our skin and helps in the growth of new tissues. All materials available in your kitchen which have a sour taste are very good for skin.

3. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Drink up to 16 glasses of water per day will also prevent aging.

4. FOR HAIR HEALTH

Massage your hair with coconut oil boiled with shoeflower. This will provide a cooling effect to your hair and help in growth. It also prevents hair falling.

5. Do proper exercises to prevent a big belly (Like crunches).

6. During the early morning when you get up drink a juice made of gooseberry and bitterguard.

7. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially food rich in fiber.

8. Do non-stressful exercise daily.
