Some anti aging fruits I know about:
One banana every morning will keep your digestion system working fine. And this will also help keep you healthy.
And everyone has heard that one apple a day will keep the doctor away. Apple has lots of things that keeps us healthy because it is low in calories but high in vitamin content.
Grape Juice can give us energy. It helps us in increase our overall blood count. It is a "nectar" that can keep disorder and many disease away from us. This helps in decreasing the acidity and helps the kidney.
These all keeps us healthy and keeps us look young and strong.
